Upcoming Events:

NSBE RECRUITMENT DAY: JANUARY 24th

Please ask your chapter leaders about Recruitment Day 2012. Click on the flyer and you will be brought to the website which has resources and ideas for chapters to use in their recruitment efforts. Bring someone from work to a chapter meeting or other chapter event this month. Recruitment day doesn't have to be something elaborate, or limited to January 24th. If you have it just wear your NSBE paraphernalia to work on the 24th and then you can conduct business as usual. Any chance you get talk about NSBE to non-members on that day will be encouraged because co-workers will surely ask when they see you wearing your NSBE gear proudly. See you at Nationals in Pittsburgh! :)

Let's start the year off right and show them why we are Region 1st!!

NSBE 2011-2012 National Directives & Strategic Plan

Academic Excellence

To fully achieve the goals of this Society, we will work toward a model of academic improvement on EVERY level of membership. With academic success and retention as our objectives; we will develop new initiatives and enhance our existing programs to improve our members' academic reporting, performance, and recognition.

Pipeline Development

Understanding that the future is our responsibility; we will work toward developing a more concrete method by which to positively impact our communities. We will look to further expand and support targeted programs like SEEK, and engage our chapters in a grassroots approach to assure that we are positively affecting every level of our members, from our NSBE Jr. to our Alumni.
